Ingredients
- â…“ cup peppers (diced)
- â…“ cup onions (diced)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup chicken (diced)
Instructions
- Toss the peppers, onions, chicken, zucchini, squash and chicken into a frying pan with olive oil on medium high heat, stirring consistently.
- Stir in the balsamic and let it cook into the ingredients.
- Remove from heat once mixture is at your desired temperature and top with salt and pepper! Enjoy 🙂
