Account
Why am I not getting my password reset link in my inbox?
Most likely the email has been sent to you Spam folder.
Before contacting us for further help, please search for the sender: [email protected] in you spam folder. If you find an email from us, please make sure to mark "not spam" or similar to ensure other emails coming from us get delivered to your inbox.
With some email providers, you can take things a step further by whitelisting emails from us. You can find out more information about how to do that per the most common email providers through this article or simply by searching for instructions online.
How do I reset my password?
Click Login at the top of any page, then Forgot password?. Enter the email on your account and we'll send a reset link that's good for 60 minutes. If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, check your spam folder or email [email protected].
How do I update my email address or profile?
Log in and open Account settings from your dashboard. You can update your name, email, and notification preferences there, then click Save.
I didn't get my verification email. What should I do?
New accounts confirm their email before logging in. Open the Verify your email message we sent and click the button. If it isn't in your inbox, check spam, or request a new link from the login page.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime from the bottom of Account settings. Deleting removes your profile and progress and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop emails, update your notification preferences instead.
Is my information private?
Yes. We never sell your data, and you control whether your profile appears in the member community from your Account settings.
General
Who should attend a retreat?
Anyone who is interested in getting physically and spiritually stronger. Someone looking for an adventure and wants to see other parts of the country and the world. In other words, everyone should attend. We do limit to 18 years and older.
What can I expect to learn?
Our teaching & discussions focus mainly on spiritual & physical health. Topics include God's Love For Us, Loving Ourselves, Identity, Purpose, How To Hear From God and also nutrition and fitness talks. Learning is done through teachings and discussions but also in times of silence, through hearing from others who are attending, music, and experiential learning.
What fitness level is needed to attend?
All fitness levels are welcome at the retreats. When doing workouts, we show options for all fitness levels. If the retreat includes a pilgrimage, I recommend looking at the miles we will be walking each day and make sure you are comfortable with that amount of walking. There is no technical skills needed for the walking. Most of the miles are fairly flat with a few gentle hills.
Are the retreat costs tax deductible?
Unfortunately, you can not consider these retreat payments as a donation because you are receiving all the great food, drinks, lodging and activities.
If I am attending alone can I still book to get the double occupancy pricing?
We can partner you with someone if you are coming alone but would like to pay for double occupancy. Of course, we will partner you with someone that is the same sex.
Programs
What is a program?
A program is a guided series of workouts or devotionals you follow over a set number of days, like our 21-Day Challenge or 40-Day Bible Reading Plan. Each day unlocks the next step so you always know what to do.
How do I join a program?
Open any program and click Start Program. It's added to My Programs in your dashboard so you can track your progress.
Where do I find the programs I've started?
Go to your dashboard and open My Programs. You'll see every program you've joined and the day you're on.
Are the programs free?
Yes. All of our programs are free to join. Some printed companion books are available in our shop, but the online content is always free.
Can I do more than one program at a time?
Of course. Join as many as you like and move through them at your own pace.
