Ingredients 

  • 2 slices turkey (thin sliced)
  • ¼ cup red pepper (cut up into straws)
  • ¼ cup cucumber (cut up into straws)
  • â…› cup carrots (shredded, optional)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 seaweed sheet

Instructions 

  • Cut the fresh vegetables into straw-size pieces, and then cut them in half. Roll the turkey, vegetables, and mustard inside the seaweed sheet, and enjoy!
