Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp nuts (raw or roasted, unsalted)
  • 1 pinch sea salt (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Blend or process the nuts in a small food processor, coffee grinder, or high-speed blender.
  • Pulse until creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take 3–5 minutes depending on your equipment.
  • Add a pinch of salt, blend again, and taste.
  • Transfer to a small jar or use immediately.
