Macronutrients: Basics on protein, fats & carbohydrates

I find that knowledge can be super helpful when trying to change. Too often, I hear from people who think they are making healthy choices when in reality their choices aren’t leading them to better health. It’s hard to know what really is healthy because there is so much “noise” when it comes to what leads to better health.
In this video I’ve tried to simplify what macronutrients are. My hope is this video will help you to make healthier decisions because you are educated in this area.
