Ingredients 

  • 6 spears asparagus spears (fresh)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • pinch sea salt
  • ½ tsp lemon zest (or to taste)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim the ends off the asparagus.
  • Place spears on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Roast for 12 minutes, or until tender and slightly crisp on the edges.
  • Remove from oven and top with lemon zest before serving.
