Ingredients 

  • 1 clove garlic (roasted)
  • ½ red pepper (roasted, or 1/2 jar of roasted red peppers)
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ tsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
