Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut milk (almond or regular milk)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup uncooked oats (organic is best)
- ¼ cup blueberries (pineapple works great too)
- ¼ cup strawberries
- ½ tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients (except the shredded coconut) into a large mason jar and stir well. Place overnight in the fridge. You can eat it cold or you can warm in microwave. Top with shredded coconut. If you like a thinner oatmeal add additional milk.

Another one of my first favorites to with Faithful Workout. It is the perfect on the go breakfast that I can prepare easily at the first of the week and grab and go during the rest of my busy week. I sometimes just layer the ingredients in a small glass dish instead of the jar if I haven’t prepped the night before.
