Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ oz salmon
  • tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp onion (finely diced )
  • ¾ tsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 2 tsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 flour tortillas (can use corn tortillas for gluten-free)
  • ¼ avocado (diced)
  • 2 tbsp shredded lettuce
  • 1 pinch red pepper (diced)

Instructions 

  • Sprinkle cumin over salmon steak and bake in a preheated oven 350° for 15 min. or until cooked throughout.
  • Mix together yogurt, onion, lemon juice, and cilantro.
  • Place salmon in a warmed tortilla, and top with yogurt sauce, avocado, and lettuce.  Serve immediately.
