Ingredients 

  • ¼ jalapeño pepper (stem and seeds removed)
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 ½ tsp lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • cup milk (you can use cashew milk or plain yogurt for a thicker sauce)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  
  • After you remove the stem and seeds from jalapeño, wrap it in foil and put in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
  • Place jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
