Ingredients
- 2 roasted red peppers (can use jarred)
- â…› tsp chipotle pepper powder
- 1 clove roasted garlic
- 2 ½ tbsp milk (can substitute cashew milk for dairy free)
- ¼ tsp fresh rosemary (chopped fine)
Instructions
- Drain Peppers (if using jarred) and place them and all other ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add rosemary.
- Place all ingredients in a pan over medium heat and allow the sauce to come to a simmer.
- Turn the heat down to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, or until the mixture has thickened.
- Use as a dip or a sauce on most anything.
