Ingredients 

  • 1 - 4 oz chicken breast (cooked (grilled or sautéed are best))
  • 2 slices tomatoes
  • 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pesto sauce

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°. 
  • Place Cooked chicken breasts in the bottom of a pan.
  • Pour pesto sauce equally over each breast.
  • Place 2 tomato slices on each breast and top with 1 slice of fresh mozzarella.
  • Cover with foil and cook until warmed throughout (approximately 15 minutes).
  • Remove foil and broil until cheese is melted and bubbling.
