Italian Pizza Dough

Ingredients 

  • 2.5 cups flour (preferably organic)
  • .75 tsp instant yeast
  • .75 tsp salt
  • 1.25 cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Put flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and stir
  • Add water and olive oil and stir really well
  • Wet your hands and kneed dough for 10-15 min (don't cut this short)
  • Put dough into a ball and let sit in bowl for 1 hour
  • Kneed dough again and it's ready to roll out and use
  • Enough dough for a large pizza (or 2 medium) - about 8 slices
