Ingredients
- 2 oz crab meat
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp green onion (chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp parsley (chopped)
- 3 mushrooms (large)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
- Wash and remove the stem from the mushrooms.
- Fill mushrooms with crab mixture.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve.
