This roasted cauliflower will be the star of the table with its caramelized balsamic and melted cheese.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup cauliflower (cut in 1" pieces)
  • ¾ tsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 pinch dried marjoram (optional)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Toss the cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet and roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom - about 15-20 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked cauliflower with balsamic and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
