This is such a fun and delicious treat to wake up to!

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk (your choice)
  • ¼ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into a large container and mix until combined.
  • Pour into glass containers and cover with lid or plastic wrap.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • When ready to serve, thin with milk, if desired. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or sliced bananas. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
