Ingredients
- ¼ lb ground beef (grass-fed preferred)
- ⅛ lb ground lamb
- ¼ tsp dried Oregano
- 1 lettuce leaves
- ⅛ cup yogurt
- ⅛ cup English cucumber (minced)
- 1 ½ tsp green onion (chopped)
- ⅛ tsp red pepper
- ⅛ tsp dried dill
- ⅛ cup tomatoes (diced)
- ⅛ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
Instructions
- Turn the grill to high.
- Mix the beef, lamb, and oregano. Form the meat mixture into a patty.
- Cook on high for 2 min. and flip. Turn to low and cook to the desired doneness.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, onion, and dill to make tzatziki sauce. Place lettuce on the burger and top with tzatziki sauce. Sprinkle tomatoes and feta over yogurt and enjoy!
