Change Begins with your Thoughts

I have to exercise (old thought)

I am thankful I am healthy enough to exercise (new thought)

I have to go on a diet to lose weight (old thought)

I am thankful I have access to healthy food (new thought)

I have to lose weight so I will look better (old thought)

I want to get to a healthy weight so I can have more energy, and a better attitude (new thought)

I’m never going to make healthy changes (old thought)

I can do all things through Christ (new thought and Phil 4:13)

Romans 12:2 tells you that if you want to be transformed or changed it starts by asking God to change the way you think.  Let these old thoughts leave your mind and ask God to remind you of this new way of thinking!
