Ingredients 

  • 12 oz Water
  • 2 tsp chia seeds**
  • 1 tbsp fresh citrus juice (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit)
  • ice

Instructions 

  • Mix together all ingredients except ice. Let sit for at least 20 minutes. Fill glass with ice and pour water over ice.
  • I also like doing it with sliced strawberries and ginger or cucumber and mint! I often triple the recipe and drink from it for 2 days.

Notes

** There are many health benefits that come from chia seeds. With all these health benefits why wouldn't you add them to your diet! It is VERY important to make sure you are drinking enough water if you eat them.
