This is a delightful salad full of fun flavors and textures.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups baby spinach
- ½ peach (sliced)
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts (your choice)
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Place spinach equally on plates. Add peach and blueberries.
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs and place on top of the fruit.
- Sprinkle salads with feta and nuts. Drizzle vinegar and oil and add a touch of salt!
