Ingredients 

Tacos

  • 1 tortilla (we used flour)
  • ½ fillet tilapia (cooked)
  • ½ cup roasted vegetables (any kind)
  • â…“ avocado (sliced )

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill (or 1/4 tsp dried)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Cook the fish in an oiled pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Arrange your cooked fish, roasted vegetables, avocado and sauce onto your tortilla.
  • Roll up and enjoy!
