Ingredients
Tacos
- 1 tortilla (we used flour)
- ½ fillet tilapia (cooked)
- ½ cup roasted vegetables (any kind)
- â…“ avocado (sliced )
Sauce
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill (or 1/4 tsp dried)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the fish in an oiled pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Arrange your cooked fish, roasted vegetables, avocado and sauce onto your tortilla.
- Roll up and enjoy!
