Ingredients
- 1 peach (cut in bite-sized pieces)
- â…• tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut butter (melted)
- 1 ½ tbsp oatmeal (I don't recommend steel cut)
- ¾ tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 ½ tsp whole wheat flour (use almond flour for gluten-free)
- â…› tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put sliced peaches in an oven-safe pan. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.
- Add all other ingredients into a bowl and stir until well-mixed.
- Using your hands (hopefully clean!!) crumble the mixture over the peaches.
- Put in oven and bake for approx. 30 min. or until peaches are soft and crumble is brown.
