Ingredients
- 1 peach (ripe)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (can substitute butter)
- 1 tsp blueberry jelly (low sugar)
Instructions
- Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place peaches, flat side down, in skillet and heat until caramelized. Remove peaches from skillet and spoon a tablespoon of healthy* fruit jelly on top of cooked peach.
- Remove peaches from the skillet and spoon a tablespoon of healthy* fruit jelly on top of the cooked peach.
Notes
Makes 2 servings. Other low-fruit jellies can be substituted.
