Using yogurt instead of mayonnaise in this tuna salad maximizes health and taste.

Ingredients 

  • ½ can solid white tuna in water
  • ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt (substitute dairy-free yogurt)
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp capers (optional)
  • 1 tbsp pickles (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Open tuna fish can and drain all water. Mix together all ingredients. Can be used on top of a salad, sandwich or mixed into a pasta salad.
