This is a delicious, guilt-free, ready-to-eat smoothie!

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ apple (diced)
  • 1 ½ tsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (you can add more or less, it is up to you)
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ cup spinach (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a plastic ziplock bag, except for the almond milk. Lay flat in the freezer.
  • When you are in the mood for a smoothie, grab the bag from the freezer, empty the frozen ingredients into your blender, add the cup of almond milk, blend, and enjoy!
