Ingredients
- ½ peach (large)
- ¾ tsp olive oil (can substitute butter )
- ¾ tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 ¼ tsp Greek yogurt
- ¾ tsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 ½ tsp fresh mint leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
- Brush pieces with olive oil. Place on medium heated grill cut side down and grill for 2 min. on each side.
- In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, yogurt, and mascarpone.
- Scoop the mixture equally into the well of each peach. Top with mint.
