Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (thinly sliced)
- ½ lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 cups spinach (packed, can substitute power greens)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add olive oil and garlic to a skillet, and cook over medium heat, stirring often.
- When garlic begins to brown add lemon juice and spinach.
- Cook for 1 minute and then stir. Stir every 30 seconds until leaves are wilted. Add salt. Stir and serve.
