Ingredients
- ¼ cup mango (diced into small pieces)
- ¼ cup red pepper (diced into small pieces)
- ¼ cup cucumbers (diced into small pieces)
- ⅛ cup red onion (diced into small pieces)
- ¼ cup cilantro (chopped into small pieces)
- ⅛ red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all your ingredients together and serve alongside some fish tacos, chips or like I did alongside some tuna cakes!
