Ingredients 

  • 2 oz crab meat
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ tbsp green onion (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp parsley (chopped)
  • 3 mushrooms (large)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
  • Wash and remove the stem from the mushrooms.
  • Fill mushrooms with crab mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve.
