Ingredients
- 3 tbsp blueberries (frozen)
- ½ cup strawberries (sliced)
- ⅓ banana (sliced)
- 4 tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 ½ tbs oats (organic)
- 4 tsp pecans (or nut of choice, chopped)
- ⅓ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 ½ tsp flaxseed
- ⅙ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine sliced fruit into a baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon, and set aside.
- Melt coconut oil.
- Place oats and pecans into a blender and lightly chop.
- Combine the oats and pecans with the melted coconut oil and add vanilla, syrup, and flaxseeds to the mixture. Mix.
- Spoon the oat mixture over the berries and bake for 40-45 minutes.
