Ingredients
- 1 cups oats
- ¼ cup coconut (shredded)
- ¼ cup almonds (slivered)
- â…“ cup dried currents
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- â…› cup coconut oil (melted)
- ¼ tsp almond extract
- ¼ tbsp cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
- Pour mixture on a prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7 min.
- Remove the pan from the oven and carefully stir the ingredients.
- Place pan back in the oven and cook for an additional 8 min. Let cool and enjoy.

I make this frequently. I do add extra things like Pepitas, and sunflower seeds.

This is so yummy, but I have to exercise serious portion control when this comes out of the oven. I like it with yogurt or unsweetened coconut milk.
