Ingredients 

  • 1 cups oats
  • ¼ cup coconut (shredded)
  • ¼ cup almonds (slivered)
  • â…“ cup dried currents
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • â…› cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • ¼ tbsp cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  • Pour mixture on a prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7 min.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and carefully stir the ingredients.
  • Place pan back in the oven and cook for an additional 8 min. Let cool and enjoy.
