Ingredients 

  • 1 beet (with greens)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon

Instructions 

  • Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. 
  • Cut beet into quarters. Chop beet greens.
  • Remove rind from ginger, rind from lemon (remove seeds if there are any), and core and seeds from apple. Cut apple in half.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and cover with water. Blend until smooth.
