Ingredients 

  • ½ cup rolled oats (use gluten-free oats to make gluten-free)
  • tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs raisins
  • 1 tbsp almonds (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp apricots (dried, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ date (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp cranberries (dried)

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients together. 
  • Bring 2 cups water to a boil stovetop. Pour all ingredients into water.
  • Turn heat to low and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed, about 7 minutes. 
  • Cover, and set for about 2 minutes before serving.
