Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats (use gluten-free oats to make gluten-free)
- â…› tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs raisins
- 1 tbsp almonds (sliced)
- 1 tbsp apricots (dried, chopped)
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- ½ date (chopped)
- ½ tbsp cranberries (dried)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.Â
- Bring 2 cups water to a boil stovetop. Pour all ingredients into water.
- Turn heat to low and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed, about 7 minutes.Â
- Cover, and set for about 2 minutes before serving.
