Ingredients 

  • 2 roasted red peppers (can use jarred)
  • tsp chipotle pepper powder
  • 1 clove roasted garlic
  • 2 ½ tbsp milk (can substitute cashew milk for dairy free)
  • ¼ tsp fresh rosemary (chopped fine)

Instructions 

  • Drain Peppers (if using jarred) and place them and all other ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add rosemary.
  • Place all ingredients in a pan over medium heat and allow the sauce to come to a simmer.
  • Turn the heat down to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, or until the mixture has thickened.
  • Use as a dip or a sauce on most anything.
