Ingredients
- ¼ pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ¼ stalk celery
- ¼ green onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (no sugar added)
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp horseradish
- ¼ tsp vinegar
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook shrimp in boiling water until just cooked (2-3 Min). Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, combine celery, onion mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Chop shrimp and add to the bowl. Stir well.
- Scoop the mixture into lettuce leaves or a whole wheat bun.
