Ingredients 

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa (cooked according to package )
  • 2 cups chicken broth (can substitute vegetable broth)
  • 1 cup roasted vegetables (diced, your choice)

Instructions 

  • Put all of your ingredients together into a small pot and cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
