Fun fact: just 15 minutes of movement can reduce anxiety, boost your mood, and increase brain power. It’s true! Studies show that short bursts of exercise release endorphins, which are those “feel-good” chemicals that help lower stress and sharpen focus. That is why I have included daily exercise in this challenge.

It’s amazing how closely our body and mind are connected. I’ve learned that even a few minutes of moving my body (especially when there’s a great song playing) can change how I feel. Exercise doesn’t have to be complicated or intense to make a difference. Sometimes we tell ourselves that if we can’t fit in a full 30-minute workout, it’s not worth it, but that’s just not true. Those small bursts of movement are meaningful.

Each day, I have a recommended workout, but feel free to choose a different video that fits your body's needs that day. We have over 600 workout videos (with different lengths and intensity levels), but don’t let that overwhelm you. Our filter system can help you find the perfect workout for you. If you choose to do a different workout than the one suggested in your challenge, make sure you come back to the daily challenge and hit the Mark Complete button for the workout section.

There may be days you don’t feel like working out, but it’s on those days that you probably need it most. When was the last time you did a workout and wished you had stayed on the couch? If you struggle to get started, ask God to help you!!

Don’t forget to mark your day complete!
