Reflection:

Today, we’re going to talk about moving forward in love. Over the past 10 days, we’ve explored so many aspects of loving ourselves well—from replacing lies with truth, to laughing at ourselves, to surrounding ourselves with support. But love is not just a feeling. It’s an action!

1 Corinthians 16:14 says, ‘Let all that you do be done in love.’ This applies to how we treat others, yes, but it also starts with how we treat ourselves. We can only love others as much as we love ourselves. The way we speak to ourselves, care for our bodies, and live out our days reflects the kind of love we give.

As we close this challenge, I want you to carry this love forward. Loving yourself isn’t a one-time event—it’s a daily practice. There will be moments when it feels hard, when you might fall back into old habits or negative self-talk, but I want you to remember this: You are worthy of love because God created you in love. His love for you is unshakable, and it’s with that same love that you can keep showing up for yourself.

Today, take some time to reflect on what you’ve learned and how you can carry these lessons forward. Let’s finish strong with one more workout, one more reflection, and one more step toward a life lived in love. I’m so thankful you’ve been on this journey with me!
