Ingredients
- 8 oz diced tomatoes (canned works!)
- 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- ½ cup greens (power greens recommended)
- ½ cup vegetables (fresh or frozen - any vegetables work)
- ½ tsp oregano (dried)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a large pot and cook until hot. If using fresh vegetables and not frozen then cover and cook over med/low heat for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
