Ingredients
- 1 small banana (ripe)
- 1 ½ tsp cacao powder
- ½ cup rolled oats (not steel cut)
- ¼ cup dried coconut (unsweetened, shredded )
- â…› cup peanut butter (creamy, no sugar added)
- â…™ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 7 morsels dark chocolate
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Add cacao powder, oats, dried coconut, and peanut butter to the banana and mix.
- Once stirred, add melted coconut oil, and mix together well.
- Grease a cookie sheet (or cover with foil or parchment).
- Form dough/mixture into about 7 cookies and place a chocolate morsel on top. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool (or don't :D) and enjoy!
