Ingredients
- ½ cup vegetables (cooked, your choice)
- ¼ cup sauerkraut
- ⅛ cup thousand island dressing (optional recipe in notes)
- ½ slice Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325º.
- Coat oven-safe pan with olive oil.
- In a large bowl mix veggies, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing and pour into a baking pan. Cover with cheese.
- Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
Notes
Thousand Island Sauce:
2/3 cup plain Greek organic yogurt
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp relish
Mix all ingredients.
