Ingredients 

  • ½ avocado (ripe)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions 

  • Scoop out the insides of the ripe avocado and then put it into a blender.
  • Add in the plain Greek yogurt and the lime juice. Blend until ingredients are well-mixed.
  • After the mixture is blended, you can add some additional salt, pepper, garlic powder, or even hot sauce to taste!
