Ingredients
- 1 tbsp bbq sauce (Be sure to look for sauces with little or no added sugar!)
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- ¼ cup chicken (cooked and diced)
- 1/16 cup red onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp cheese (shredded, any kind)
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Add olive oil to a large pan (don't put your pan on the stove quite yet!).
- Rub the tortilla around in the pan on both sides to cover with oil.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the top side of your tortilla.
- Top the tortilla with chicken, red onion, and cheese.
- Turn your stovetop to medium-low heat and heat the oiled pan.
- Place the tortilla in the heated pan and cover the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium-low heat so the cheese melts.
- Plate your pizza and top with some fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
