Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli (coarsley chopped)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tsp onion (chopped fine)
- ¾ tsp cider vinegar
- ¾ tsp maple syrup
- 4 tsp almonds (slivered, toasted)
- 4 tsp dried cranberries (reduced sugar)
- 1 slice bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized and slightly larger pieces. Mix Greek yogurt into the broccoli florets mixture until the broccoli is well-coated.
- Add in the dried cranberries, red onion, and cooked bacon. Mix well.
- Add in the vinegar, maple syrup, and slivered almonds. Stir everything together, and serve as is, or let chill for an hour or two. Enjoy!
