Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kale
  • 2 cups basil
  • 4  large garlic cloves, peeled and roasted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2  cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Pour olive oil into a small pan. Add garlic and cook over med. Heat until just golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. In blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
