Ingredients
- 3 tbs almond milk (unsweetened)
- â…› cup tomatillos (fresh, diced)
- â…› cup chicken broth (organic preferred)
- ½ avocados (ripe, pealed, and pitted)
- ¼ serrano pepper (seeded)
- ¼ garlic clove
- 1 ½ tsp red bell pepper (minced)
- ¾ tsp fresh chives (chopped)
- ½ tsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 ounces crabmeat (can substitute shrimp, or other cooked and chopped fish)
Instructions
- Place first 7 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
- Combine bell pepper and remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
