Ingredients 

  • 4 oz beef (any cut, grass-fed preferable)
  • ½ cup bell pepper (diced)
  • ½ cup broccoli (diced)
  • ¼ cup onions (diced)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (or Braggs liquid aminos)
  • 1 tbsp kimchi
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions 

  • Pour oil into a pan. Add beef and veggies in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
  • Stir in kimchi and cook additional minute and serve.
