Ingredients
- 4 oz beef (any cut, grass-fed preferable)
- ½ cup bell pepper (diced)
- ½ cup broccoli (diced)
- ¼ cup onions (diced)
- 1 tsp soy sauce (or Braggs liquid aminos)
- 1 tbsp kimchi
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Pour oil into a pan. Add beef and veggies in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Stir in kimchi and cook additional minute and serve.
