Ingredients
- 1 cup bone broth (canned or make your own https://faithfulworkouts.com/recipes/bone-broth/)
- ¼ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup shredded chicken
- ½ tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the bone broth in a small pot.
- Add quinoa and shredded chicken. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in baby spinach until wilted.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

This seems perfect for health, I am excited to see how it stiffels the diagnosed osteoporosis I recently got AND the poor gut health I’ve been struggling with. I’ve always chosen for many years to eat organic, and often according to my blood type. Kombucha is really helping my gut, as well. This recipe tastes great, esp. with turkey bones!
