Ingredients
- ¾ cup hot peppers (any kind)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 ½ tbsp red onion
- 1 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 ½ tsp oil
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Pulse red peppers, onions, and garlic in a food processor or blender.
- Add cilantro, water, and salt to taste. Blend until the consistency is more like a paste than a sauce.
