- ¼ cup tomatoes (cherry, halved)
- 2 tbsp red onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tbsp sauerkraut (fermented)
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ½ avocado (sliced or cubed, optional)
Instructions
